Keep it Simple

At IZAAC Consulting we firmly believe that some of the simplest ideas are often the best and that's the philosophy behind our approach.

By aiming to align our approach to change with that of our clients we help them retain ownership of their initiative and through familiarity with the path being followed, ensure their team feel at ease working collaboratively alongside ours.

Typically however we break the change process down into 4 simple stages:

Define it
Through discussion, investigation and research with your team we understand your objectives, business drivers and measures of success along with key elements that will shape the initiative.

Design it
We establish the programme or project structure, on-board the team and define the components in detail encompassing organisational structure, business process and technology.

Build it
We work with your internal teams across the organisation and third party suppliers to combine all the ingredients that result in successful and lasting change, culminating in operational go-live.

Transition it
Once live, we support you to fully embed ongoing operational and technical processes into your organisation until you feel confident you can go it alone.
