In that time Adrian has worked with a number of multinational organisations in the Charity, Retail and Travel sectors with his knowledge spanning a range of disciplines including store systems, fundraising, merchandising, supply chain, e-commerce and back office operations.
With a proven ability to lead high performing teams to deliver significant business benefit he is able to think strategically, simplifying business change and technology in order to advise clients on the best path to deliver an optimal outcome.
He believes that great people, strong relationships and cultural fit are key to delivering successful change within organisations.
Zoe has 15 years experience in retail food service operations management with Harrods as well as hospitality operations with DeVere and several independent hotel groups.
As manager of Team IZAAC she ensures day-to-day smooth running of operations, finances and communications. This ensures IZAAC's consultants can focus solely on what's most important to us - our clients.
When Zoe isn't working with the team at IZAAC Consulting she utilises her first class organisational skills and financial acumen for the benefit of others, volunteering in the Charity and Education sectors.
